A Notary Public’s duty is to authenticate and Certify signatures and documents.  Select Paralegals in Ontario are sanctioned to act as Notary Public by the virtue of their office.  Majority of Notaries Public are individuals licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.  As a member of LSO, Heravi Legal Services has been granted the certificate of Notary governed under the Ministry of Attorney General.
